    CONCURSO

    1.1 El "Perro Aventurero de Manitoba 2026" (el "Concurso") ofrece a los residentes de Manitoba que hayan alcanzado la mayoría de edad en su jurisdicción la oportunidad de ganar uno de los tres premios. El Gran Premio consiste en el título de Perro Aventurero de Manitoba 2026, una tarjeta regalo de 500 $ para Cabela's, una tarjeta regalo de 100 $ para The Leaf en Winnipeg, una estancia de dos noches en The Rosé Beach House en Winnipeg Beach, un paquete Merch de Perro Aventurero y oportunidades de colaborar con Travel Manitoba a lo largo de 2026 (el "Gran Premio"). El segundo premio consiste en una tarjeta regalo de 250 $ para Cabela's y una tarjeta regalo de 50 $ para The Leaf en Winnipeg (el "segundo premio").     DETALLES DEL CONCURSO

    2.1 El Concurso comienza a las 9:00 a.m. Hora del Centro (CST) del 3 de noviembre de 2025 y finaliza a las 9:00 a.m. CST del 14 de noviembre de 2025 (el "Período del Concurso").

    2.2 Los concursantes pueden participar en el Concurso subiendo una foto o video a su página pública de Instagram o TikTok mostrando a su perro explorando Manitoba con el hashtag #MBAdventureDog2026. Sólo las entradas recogidas de esta manera durante el Período del Concurso son elegibles para ganar.

    2.3 Los ganadores del Concurso serán seleccionados por Travel Manitoba de entre todas las entradas elegibles en base a la calidad de la presentación y contactados por correo electrónico. Los ganadores dispondrán de 72 horas para responder antes de que pierdan el derecho al premio y se seleccione a otro ganador.

    2.4 El ganador del "Gran Premio" deberá firmar un contrato y obtener un seguro de responsabilidad civil para poder trabajar en colaboraciones con Travel Manitoba a lo largo de 2026. Los costes del seguro de responsabilidad civil serán reembolsados al ganador del "Gran Premio" por Travel Manitoba una vez que se obtenga el comprobante de compra.

    ELEGIBILIDAD

    3.ELEGIBILIDAD.1 El Concurso está patrocinado por Travel Manitoba y sus socios y está abierto a los residentes de Manitoba (la "Provincia"), que hayan alcanzado la mayoría de edad y residan en la Provincia, con la excepción de los empleados (actuales y pasados), y cualquiera de las filiales, agencias de publicidad y promoción de los Socios del Concurso, proveedores de bienes, premios y servicios relacionados con el Concurso, cualquier otra persona directamente relacionada con la celebración y/o patrocinio de este Concurso, así como sus familiares directos (padre, madre, hermanos, hermanas, hijos), su cónyuge legal o de derecho consuetudinario y cualquier persona con la que residan.

    3.2 El Patrocinador del Concurso, a su entera discreción, podrá descalificar a cualquier persona física de la participación en el Concurso (un "Participante") y/o podrá negarse a conceder un premio en virtud del Concurso a cualquier Participante que se haya inscrito o haya intentado inscribirse en el Concurso mediante: a) El suministro de información falsa y/o engañosa; y/o) Cualquier medio que pudiera perjudicar a otros Participantes en el Concurso, ya sea contrario a las Bases y al Reglamento del Concurso o a través de medios fraudulentos y/o ilegales;

    CÓMO PARTICIPAR

    4. INFORMACIÓN GENERAL1 No se requiere ninguna compra para que los Participantes participen en el Concurso.

    4.2 Para participar en el Concurso, deberá seguir los siguientes pasos:
    a.) Los Participantes pueden participar en el Concurso subiendo una foto o un vídeo a su página pública de Instagram o TikTok en el que aparezca su perro explorando Manitoba con el hashtag #MBAdventureDog2026.

    5.OPORTUNIDADES DE GANAR PREMIOS1 Las probabilidades de ganar Premios dependerán y variarán según el número total de participaciones elegibles recibidas durante el Período del Concurso.

    6.1 Los ganadores del Concurso serán seleccionados por el personal de Travel Manitoba entre todas las participaciones elegibles al final del Período del Concurso sobre la base de la calidad de las presentaciones.

    6.2 Los Premios son intransferibles. Los ganadores de los Premios y sus invitados son los únicos responsables de cualquier gasto no incluido específicamente en el Premio, como imprevistos, transporte y cualquier gasto personal.

    6.3 Para ser elegible y ser declarado ganador por el juez del Concurso, un ganador potencial debe cumplir todas las reglas del concurso y las condiciones de entrega del Premio.

    6.4 Only selected entrants will be notified by Instagram message by Travel Manitoba.

    DELIVERY OF GRAND PRIZE

    7.1 The sponsors of the Prizes for which the entrant has been selected must be able to reach the selected entrant by email within 72 hours of the draw. The Prize winners must sign a liability and publicity release form, a photo release contract as well as a skill testing question (using no mechanical means) as provided by the Prize sponsor within the period specified by the sponsor, releasing the sponsor and its directors, officers, employees, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies from any and all liability arising out of, pursuant to, or as a result of the carrying out of the Contest (including liability arising from the acceptance of and participation in the Prize as awarded) and confirming compliance with Contest rules before being declared winner of the Prize.

    7.2 If a selected entrant cannot be contacted or is contacted but does not claim his/her prize on or before the deadline, or does not meet all of the Contest rules and terms, the Contest judge(s) may disqualify the entrant from the Contest and another entry will be selected from all remaining eligible entries.

    GENERAL RULES AND CONDITIONS

    8.1 The Contest Sponsor will not be responsible for any Contest entries that are lost, destroyed, misdirected, incomplete, and illegible or delayed for any reason.

    8.2 The Contest Sponsor may at its sole discretion make Prize substitutions of equivalent kind and value to the Prizes in the event of unavailability of any of the Prizes for reasons beyond the Contest Sponsor’s control.

    8.3 Any person who registers or attempts to register in the Contest by providing false and/or misleading information; and/or by any means which would prejudice other Participants in the Contest, whether contrary to the Contest Rules and Regulations or through fraudulent and/ or illegal means will be automatically disqualified from the Contest and may be subject to prosecution.

    8.4 All Prize entries are subject to verification by the Contest Sponsor. Any such entry that is illegible, incomplete, and fraudulent, mutilated, reproduced by hand or mechanically, sent or submitted late shall automatically be disqualified and will not entitle the Participant to the Prize.

    8.5 Decisions by the Contest Sponsor with respect to the Contest are final and binding on all matters of fact, interpretation, eligibility and procedure.

    8.6 By entering this contest, the winners of the Prizes authorize the Contest Sponsor and its agents to publish and/or broadcast his/her name, likeness, photograph, place of residence, voice and/or any statement made in connection with winning the Prizes, without compensation of any kind other than the Prize awarded. The winners of the Prizes will be required to execute a consent allowing publication and/or broadcast of his or her name, likeness, voice, statements and photographs without compensation.

    8.7. The Contest Sponsor is not responsible for website loading, screening or posting errors, software, hardware, mail, telephone, network or server errors and reserve the right to modify, cancel, terminate, or suspend the Contest in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, in the event a virus, computer bug, unauthorized human intervention, or any other occurrence beyond their control corrupts or adversely affects the administration, security, impartiality or normal operation of the Contest.

    8.8 The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to modify the Rules and Regulations of the Contest without materially affecting the terms and conditions thereof.

    8.9 The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations

    8.10 These Rules and Regulations govern the Contest and must be followed. In the event of any discrepancy between these Rules and Regulations and any other material, these Rules and Regulations prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

    8.11 The value of the Prizes is not dependent upon the number of Contest entries received.

    8.12 The Contest and the Contest rules are exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Manitoba and any dispute shall be adjudicated in the courts sitting in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

    PERSONAL INFORMATION

    9.1 By entering this contest, you agree that Travel Manitoba may disclose your personal information to the sponsor of the Prize, if your entry is drawn.

    9.2 All winners also consent to use of their name, city of residence, photograph and/or image on videotape for publicity purposes in all media carried out by the Prize sponsor without payment or compensation.

    9.3 Travel Manitoba is a Crown corporation and operates under The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. Travel Manitoba collects the personal information on the entry for its marketing activities. Travel Manitoba will use the personal information to administer this Contest including awarding the Prize.

    INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, EACH INDIVIDUAL AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE CONTEST SPONSOR, THE CONTEST PARTNERS AND THEIR PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES, THE FACEBOOK PLATFORM, ADMINISTRATOR, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, LAW FIRMS, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE ARE MADE BY ANY PARTY. CONTEST SPONSOR, CONTEST PARTNERS, AND THEIR PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, LAW FIRMS, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM RESULTING FROM ACCESS TO OR THE DOWNLOAD OF INFORMATION OR MATERIALS CONNECTED WITH THE CONTEST.
